Service as It Should Be

  • At Black Cat Forge, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for - please don’t hesitate to contact us today!

  • I gladly accept returns and exchanges, contact me within 14 days of delivery and items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

  • I don't usually accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

  • If an order should need to be cancelled, credit card fee's are non-refundable.

  • Custom or personalized items can not be returned unless they are received damaged or defective.

  • We stand behind our products 100%, if there is a problem please contact us and we'll work with you to come to a mutual agreement.

  •  

  • Should an item need to be returned, buyer may be responsible for shipping and handling charges, and/or a restocking fee.

  • Large order over $2000 are subject to a 3% credit card fee.

  • Credit card fee's are non-refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY

There could be an extra charge for express or overnight shipping.

UNITED KINGDOM AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Unexpected duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are located in the United States, if ordering from another country please be familiar with your customs laws and potential fees that may apply when your package arrives. We are not responsible for charges applied to the package after it is shipped.
If for some reason the item or items you order cannot be shipped to your country because of restrictions, we will refund the order. Should an item be held by or confiscated by customs or your countries equivalent, do to a restriction, Black Cat Forge is not responsible. It is the buyers responsibility to know what items may enter their country legally. Black Cat Forge, Welding and Leathercraft will only refund orders if the package is returned to us and the item is undamaged. So please make sure the item you order is legal to enter your country.
LOCAL ORDERS:
For those who live near by, orders may be picked up at our Ranch, located in the Capay Valley near Cache Creek Casino, near the town of Brooks. Shipping will be refunded after pickup.

Terms and Conditions

There could be an extra charge for express or overnight shipping.  

 

Shipping time is on average 3-5 days depending on the size of the order.

 

Shipping time for orders outside the United States could be 6-10 days

 

Shipping times above could be longer if an item has to be made and is not currently in stock.  Most items if not in inventory can be made usually with in 3 days depending on the item.

SPRING! We have a working ranch and a landscape company. During the spring things are really busy on the ranch with things that have deadlines to prepare for summer and from May to July we have weed abatement contracts protecting properties from fire danger. We will do our best to complete orders to get them shipped by their scheduled shipping time, however during this time some orders may be delayed. If you have any question please feel free to contact us.

 

ALL HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL OCCASIONS: We do our best to ship on time during holidays and in most case we are able to get them shipped. Once they are in the mail it's out of our hands, so please try to allow us time to fill your orders so you can have them for these special times. So in short please don't wait until the last minute, but if for some reason time slipped away please let us know and we will do what we can to get your item to you before your special event.
